Starting Feb 2011, Lisa will be running the only 'introductory' courses in North America for

 Ceramic Restoration.

One course each month: February, March, April & May.

 

The courses will  start on a Monday at 9.30am and finish on a Thursday at 4pm.

 

Each course will cover:

Cleaning & removal of old adhesives

Bonding

Filling

Modelling missing parts

Painting Airbrushing & Glazing

 

The courses are intended as an introduction to the art of ceramic restoration and is suitable for beginners with no previous experience.

The only requirement to be a student is the willingness to learn, & patience in what can be a painstaking  & fiddly task!

Lisa will provied all materials, tools & equipment. Lunch, morning tea & afternoon coffee is also included in the price.

You will have the option to purchase some basic tools & materials at cost.

We require a minimum of  5 but a maximum of 8 students per course.

 

Cost per person CDN$650+HST &

will be held in Baddeck, Nova Scotia, Canada.

NB: We will be handling chemicals so this course may not be suitable for those who suffer from asthma or have breathing difficulties.
